In Gnome, there was the gnome-clocks app with the alarm function. Is there a similar app for Budgie?

Hi @BobABowie!

"alarm-clock-applet”, [reported by @fossfreedom in 2018](https://discourse.ubuntubudgie.org/t/stopwatch-chronometer/410/2), is still in the repositories. It still works on UB 24.04 and is displayed in the panel:

Strictly speaking, it is not a “Budgie applet”, but it might do the trick for you. 😉

I’ve been using this one for quite a while and it works great and has lots of options…

Hi,

Yes, you can use gnome clocks in Budgie as well. Simply install the gnome clocks app using your package manager and you will have access to the alarm function and other features.

Thanks
