# Changing my access

how do i change my access, i was trying to copy some files and it said i do not have access or access denied?..also is there any way to change the look of the top panel?

Hi, have you tried changing the permissions for the files? Right-click on the file and navigate to the “Permissions” tab …

The look of the top panel changes with the theme you use. You can also adjust the height, the transparency and the auto-hide settings in the Budgie-Desktop-Settings.
