When I try to upload a photo, the left panel pops up and the program freezes until I hit escape. I can not upload anything with Chromium nor Chrome, Using 18.10 budgie.

Must be Chomium/Chrome. FF does not have this problem. This occurred a bit after I updated to 18.10.

I have been using an external monitor. I happened to notice that that the upload screen was displaying on the external monitor. I could not drag it to the laptop display. I played with it for a while and it finally began to work properly.
