# Desktop showtime applet with HiDPI screen

Hi,
after installing the current 18.04 daily builts on devices with FullHD screen the showtime applet is positioned just fine. The same installation on a device with HiDPI screen doesn’t show the showtime applet with initial 200% scaling but with 100% scaling. I have to set a proper position manually.
Is this some bug? Should I open an issue on Github?

sounds like a bug - kind of difficult for the team to reproduce, test and fix against since we dont have any HiDPI equipment ☹

Thanks, I just did.
I have various HiDPI devices for testing purposes available, so if you add fixes I can test them for you.
