Had a brief look but Firefox that is part of the Budgie / Ubuntu package can’t see where you can get the new FF Colours themes etc and although there are add-ons called Colours its not the one that is presented to install when installing FF from new on Windows, any ideas or links greatly received.

You have indeed Colorways for a selection of a few pre-made variants in the coloring of elements.
Then there’s also Firefox Color which is pretty amazing. You can pick your color per element without going through the hassle of modifying a userChrome.css file.
