# Introducing budgie-radio-widget

I first mentioned this in [Roadmap to Ubuntu Budgie 26.10](https://discourse.ubuntubudgie.org/t/roadmap-to-ubuntu-budgie-26-10/8546) as a personal goal for this next release

Browse thousands of radio stations - play, pause & resume, scrobble back & forward, search and add stations to 5 preset buttons.

Good progress to-date so much so, that I’ve uploaded a development version I use on a day-to-day basis in our backports PPA for everyone using 26.04!

```auto
sudo apt install budgie-radio-widget

```

Once I’m content I’ll add to budgie-welcome.

Install - logout, login and use budgie-desktop-settings - raven to add this raven widget.

Now that Launchpadcontent is back, I was able to install it:

I have a feeling I’m going to give up on Shortwave. 🤔

Thanks - sent the package for building - v0.0.5 should pop out of the sausage factory with both french and dutch language support
