This depends on our upstream desktop environment, budgie. I don’t think there is anything like that in the roadmap so far. But this question is better asked directly to Buddies of Budgie in their matrix channel or github.

As a buddiesofbudgie team member i can safely say there are no plans for a mobile version of budgie. The vision remains a desktop orientated interface.
