I stumbled over this, is it something that can be implemented in Ubuntu budgie?
This script overrides the default values set by Lenovo. I’m using it without any problem, but it is still experimental so use it at your own risk. This script can be probably adapter/used on other notebooks too.
Given the disclaimer this should be your decision to follow README instructions if you want this. We can only really promote stuff that has a good track record with support - this script seems to go against Lenovo’s recommendations according to the disclaimer.
