# Low brightness hp laptop

HI,  
the brightness of my hp pavilion is low even though it is set to maximum.  
I installed ubuntu budgie 23

Hi,

I’ve set it here it here:  
/sys/class/backlight/intel\_backlight  
Just change the brightness there in the corresponding files to 12000
