I have used original GNOME zoom but on ubuntu budgie it was not their but magnus was their.

The problem with it is that it doesn’t zoom full screen so it is not useful for me, So can you tell me how to replace it with gnome zoom, removing it doesn’t restore gnome zoom feature and reinstalling it also their are no options in magnus to restore that functionality.

The zoom you refer to is native to gnome-shell. No other desktop environment can use it

What is needed here are developers who have significant experience with accessibility issues to add to budgie-desktop itself.

Oh thanks, I switched b/w gnome and budgie on my other pc and my main pc so I was thinking budgie also had that feature.

Thanks for the clarification.
