# Menulibre does not start

After update from budgie 18.10 to 19.04 menulibre does not start.  
In tillix I get the following message:

Thank you fossfreedom,  
the solution of Bugzilla has worked for me:

Edit the file menulibre util.py:  
sudo nano /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/menulibre/util.py  
Search for:  
return GLib.markup\_escape\_text(text, len(text))  
Replace with:  
return GLib.markup\_escape\_text(text)
