Hi normally, if an audio file was playing in another Ubuntu, the volume icon would expand to volume and rudimentary play controls eg stop play (sometimes next,back) on my try UB Im only seeing volume at all times regardless if Ive clicked and am playing an audio file from Nemo.

Open Raven (top right toggle) - any mpris enabled audio player will display controls there. For example playing music in rhythmbox will display the controls and the coverart album cover (if available)
Stupid me, I knew that but forgot. OK how about keeping the expected controls with the sound icon as well?
Well that’s the budgie way. Upstream have no interest in copying capability to the sound indicator.
That doesnt prevent third party developers though … havent seen anyone interested in that project though.
