Just installed Budgie 26.04 yesterday on my 7 year old Lenovo Thinkpad. I’ve found that when watching youtube videos in Firefox, the screen dims after 30 seconds unless I touch the touchpad or press a key. I tried adjusting power settings and this stops the screen from turning off entirely, but it doesn’t stop the dimming.
Use the caffeine applet … add to the panel and switch it on.
