I am new to Budgie, can anybody tell me where to extract program files to. I am trying to download GnuCash and have the files in my home folder at the moment. I also notice that there is no software manager. How do I run the program?

gnucash is available from the regular repos.
Just look for 'software’s in the menu to run the gnome-software app where you can install.
Or via command line
sudo apt install gnucashGreat, that was fast, thank you very much!
