Has anyone ever managed to get Wallch working in Ubuntu Budgie?

The deb fails to install saying Dependency is not satisfiable: libkeybinder0 (>=0.2.1)
Please help. =]
how odd - just done
sudo apt install wallch
and this works just fine
Do make sure that in Software & Updates you have “Universe” ticked.
sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade
