# Unlock Button on Add Printer Dialog not working

Currently using 17.10. Trying to add a new network printer. All of the machines on my network show up on the dialog with a padloack. When I select the windows host of the network shared printer and press the unlock button nothing happens apart from the unlock button greying out.

Need to close this post … restarted the machine and tried again and now it works.

Beware 17.10 is no longer supported.

Or did you mean 18.10 which end of life is june '19 I think ?
