For some reason, when I tilt my screen a little, it goes upside down, so I have to over untilt it just so that the display goes back to normal, any solutions for this, like in Ubuntu 18.04 at the clock drop down, you could lock the display so it never turns, but here I see no such options.

Hi and welcome.

use Menu - Budgie Desktop Settings - click on your panel tab and click the + to add applets. Add the rotation lock applet.

Click on the new applet in your panel. That will lock your screen. You can remove the applet if you never intend to lock/unlock your screen rotation constantly.
