Which processor, motherboard, video, graphic card & sound card, Ram do

u think is compatible with Ubuntu Budgie 19.10

Don’t assemble a computer if you don’t have knowledge of all those things… it would be better if you could give us actual links to hardware you think is compatible, so we can judge that, or at least give us your budget, etc.
