Remapping keyboard - CAPS, etc

Is there a way to remap keys in Budgie?

Particularly need to remap CAPS to either another MENU or to use it to switch input methods (i.e. US, US-intl)

Can’t use my previous method - Gnome-Tweak-Tools as this loads a WHOLE stack I’d rather not.
