Terminal behaving weird, can't execute .sh script

#1

I think my brand new installation is not 100% clean as I had to restart my Desktop after the 1st Update ( 100 MB / Developper options check in Settings)

  1. I install 18.04 clean
  2. Ran the software updater with developer option ON ( 100 MB)
  3. PC was not booting so I turned it off… Then it booted

Now 99% seems ok but I can’t run a simple .sh file

jeff@desktop-office:~/Documents/Lswc$ ll

-rw-rw-r-- 1 jeff jeff 5108 May 11 09:55 README_and_install.sh

jeff@desktop-office:~/Documents/Lswc$ sudo ./README_and_install.sh
sudo: ./README_and_install.sh: command not found

Hope I didn’t missed something stupid

May be I am too tired
bash ./README_and_install.sh worked

Am i right saying we can simply type ./script ?

But anyway it worked
