Ubuntu budgie does not download

I tried to download ubuntu budgie 20.04 and chrome does not let me to do it. I tried from edge and it says to me its not safe. I let the edge to download it and check the sha 256 checksum and it was ok.
For some unknown reason 21.10 was ok to download (from edge and chrome) and from Firefox and brave both 20.04 and 21.10 was ok to download.

Can anyone help me understand what is going on ?

can you try again please with 20.04? I’ve changed the links from “http://” to “https://” - it might be a new security thing for edge/chrome to not support http:// downloads.
