odd. I just clicked on the bluetooth icon in the panel and chose Bluetooth Settings.
I then paired my laptop with my phone.
Using the same bluetooth icon I sent a file to my phone.
From my phone I sent a picture to my computer - a notification appeared saying the file was received and the file appeared in my Downloads folder.
