I only see 1 mention of ubuntu. I presume there should be 2.

Disabling secure boot allowed the refind menu to appear w/o the security violation. I was able to load 18.04 from there, although it was very slow and uneven. Perhaps this problem is solved. For some reason grub2 does not work in this instance.
I can load 1904 also. Both 18 and 19 appear to be working fine.
