When applying a theme with a Windows-style taskbar at the bottom, the Crystal Dock remains active and keeps popping up unexpectedly over the taskbar, in the center.

Ok - I’ve fixed this.
I am happy to push a fix via a SRU update to 26.04. But I need a bug report please to be created.
Please run the following in a terminal - this will open a launchpad bug report. Please fill it in and let me know what the launchpad issue number is. We can then kick off the SRU process as fast as possible.
