Events -
- open application budgie themes
- choose new themes - everything is ok, theme changes etc
- exit themes window, icon stays in the dock…
- right click and select close, icon still stays in the dock
dunno - cannot reproduce I’m afraid. Just log out and login.
Yes and it works doing that, but that at this moment would mean a lot of my other open apps would have to be closed appropriately whereas surely it shouldn’t do this 
true - true. As I said - I cannot reproduce … therefore cannot see what issue you are having and how to resolve for the future.
