Got 17.10 end of life today, tried update with “sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade” but got " N: Updating from such a repository can’t be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.

How to move on with my update?.. and off topci, why xx.10 version only have 9 month suport and not i full year?
What is the full output of
sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade
My understanding is that 9 months was set because non lts releases are every 6 months and 3 months was thought to be enough time for people on non lts releases to plan for an upgrade from the time of release.

You have a few ppa’s that are returning 404 errors. You need to deleted the ppa’s from software updates - settings

Double check that you have the package ubuntu-budgie-desktop installed
Reboot login and wait for 5 minutes. The update manager should run and you will see a prompt offering to upgrade.
Or from the menu search for update manager and when the gui opens there should be a distro upgrade button.
Ok, now it works, but when I restart after update to 18.04 I can’t loggin, My password don’t work.
Searched on google, but still not found any solution to my login problem that workt, have tried some tips how to solve this problem but non worked so far, still looking for how to fix my login problem (if possible).
Have some files that I forgot to save that are important to me, is there a solution to save them on usb? is install another linux distro side of Ubuntu Budgie and enter through this other distro and transfer over my files a way to do it?
Is it simply that you have forgotten your password … i.e. the greeter says something like “invalid password”? - or it looks like it is logging in with the brief black screen then the wallpaper showing before being dumped back to the greeter?
Not forgot my password, it is as easy as 123 … 
i do not get any black screen or anything else, just got “Failed to start session” when typing my password
Ctrl +alt + f4 to switch to a tty
Login on the text screen
Run
sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade
This is to check there the system has been upgraded successfully. Look out for any warnings or errors
sudo apt install --reinstall ubuntu-budgie-desktop budgie-desktop budgie-core
This is to check the key packages are installed
journalctl -ae --full
