AppMenu doesn't keep roll-over mouse setting in 20.10 after restarting

I’m new. I tried searching but I didn’t find any thread that has a similar issue.

Whenever I set AppMenu to use ‘Roll-over mouse’, it works, but then I’ll restart the computer and roll-over stops working, even though it’s still toggled on at the settings. Is it a bug or is there something that I have to do?

Sounds like a bug. Probably pretty trivial.
