Probably best as a .deb install - or snap/flatpak type install
The other aspect to this request - the author(s) have created binaries from their download page - they do require donations to support future development
I meant snap. I requested this application because I have problem with compilation on Ubuntu budgie 18.04
Dependencies required: libgtk-3-dev > which requires: Ubuntu 20.0.8-0
Compilation whit libgtk-2-dev not work
