Hello sir, i really like the zoom functionality of elemetary os. Is there any way to use that kind of zoom using the whole screen.

I am not familiar with elementary. However we do ship with Magnus available via the menu to zoom parts of the screen.
hello sir, i like the compize config zoom functionality. Because i have eye problem. So it would be good to zoom like compize config tool.
Budgie uses the window manager called mutter - you cannot use compiz with budgie.
