A block/stop pop up icon is coming regularly on desktop screen and desktop stops responding.pls help and suggest.
That happens when you press an unsupported keyboard key - e.g., on mine, when I press forward in a application not playing video, it shows that. Make sure that you don’t have something covering any keyboard keys
