I fresh installed ubuntu budgie removing windows 7 and all the data , few mins after booting it , ubuntu dektop guide started popping again and again , it just dosent go… Please help

Thinks it is something like F1 to display the help guide.
Sounds like you have a stuck key.
Sounds strange but turn your keyboard over and give it a good shake and bang
Or if it a laptop get an air aerosol and blow under the keys to remove anything stuck under the keys
Seems like common sense. I bought cleaning products for the office and found that error from an already faulty keyboard! It works fine on other keyboards.
