Hi, I have a 250 GB disk encrypted with LUKS and I cloned it to a 1 TB one with an m.2 cloner and it works perfectly, but the cloning creates a partition identical to the original, so now the 1 TB drive has 250 GB with the OS and the rest I can create another partition, but it’s independent. My question is whether it’s possible to expand the 250 GB LUKS-encrypted partition to the full 1 TB, for example, without losing the OS and the data I have on the partition.
Does this help?

Thanks for the input—I’m no Linux expert. I guess I have to do this from another computer with the drive unmounted, right?

The easiest way is to boot with a ubuntu image installed on a USB drive. Then all the drives and partitions will not be mounted which will allow to modify them.
