Files in run/user/1000/doc

I have a lot of files in folder run/user/1000/doc
What kind of files are thtat, and is it safe to clean that folder?

The TL;DR;

leave well alone. The system should be cleaning up things automatically on a reboot.

The folder is 47.9 GB , after reboot the folder is still 47.9 GB big. The folder dit not cleaning up on reboot.

“tmpfs” is created on install - its a permanent thing - so the size never changes. The contents will change over time.
