I know that the native calendar applet does not support showing google calendar events, is there another calendar applet that can do this? I mean something like gnome calendar shell extension? Or can I get these events in Raven?

There is only one other calendar applet that I am aware of but that also does not use the api needed to display external events.
No plans for budgie upstream to do so. So it will need an inspirational dev to undertake that bit of work to make it happen… for example extending the calendar applet you see in “menu - budgie applets”
