How to install budgie theme in WSL2 ubuntu22

WSL2 or non-Budgie official ISO when installing ubuntu.

budigie desktop theme is beautiful, sudo apt install ubuntu-budgie-desktop,
but I can’t see the following menus. I want to install other themes.

  • I want to install these themes. * But there is no budgie welcome menu item
    Budgie Extras
    Budgie Makeovers & Layouts
    Budgie Welcome
