How to uninstall Teams in Budgie 22.04?

How do I uninstall the Teams app in Ubuntu Budgie 22.04?
MBP early 2011 with SSD 500 GB.

The really depends how you installed it. Can you please elaborate?

Eehh… no I can’t.
I guess I got it from a website and just clicked ‘install’ or something like that.
Every time I start my MBP and log in a Teams square shows and I have to click it down every time…
