I couldn’t know if that works because i already installed all the packages in the file (above mentioned link) using xargs.
I performed the above commands
sudo aptitude --with-recommends install ubuntu-budgie-desktop
The following NEW packages will be installed:

The there is no change. Maybe since I installed all the packages already.
