Our welcome app has & still is serving new and experienced UB users well since its launch 4 years ago.
But maybe its time for a refresh? Do you have HTML & CSS skills to-do a redesign for us?

I will try to do something better, but the current welcome menu is very nice. 
If there are other projects that I can review knowing HTML, CSS or JS, I would be interested to know.
I don’t have much knowledge of python or languages that can run natively.
Maybe Rust but I’m web developer (Php, Java, .Net, Node, React, Angular, etc.)
the welcome app is pretty much the only HTML based project we have. We do need someone with a bit of inspiration to look and resolve some of its quirks such as the getting started slide out side-bar - it doesnt really help navigation. But that’s down the line. Lets concentrate on the visual front-page first
