Sound is activate, tested, right, left.
Notification is activate with sound but only message in windows notify me
No sound, no system sound nottification or software like “Konversation”.
Can you help me ?

@blitzeur : do you expect the notification to make a sound when it pops-up on screen ?
That would …sound very annoying to me - maybe are there options / settings for (dis)abling it ?
Don’t know how to enable it - hence the upstream question posted by @fossfreedom
I think notifications in Budgie are silent on purpose.

I would agree, because having been using Windows, it is very annoying how notifications would default to sound and banner, There are pretty much no notifications that I really need the sound for.
So upstreams view is that notification sounds is not yet implemented but could be on the future.
So yes there is a mismatch here from a GUI point of view which may be rectified in the future. Lets wait and see.
