VirtualBox 6.1 - Enabling 3D Acceleration support causing bad Desktop screen

Trying to install Ubuntu Budgie v19.10, on VirtualBox 6.1 and end up with bad desktop screen error.

yeah, VB 6.1 is not the best release.

In there attempt to make people switch from the VBoxVGA for the 3D acceleration, they caused a lot of problems.
