Upgrading from 18.04 to 20.04 lead to missing preinstalled software

Thanks for your guide, I encountered the same issue on Ubuntu upgrade v20:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
gnome-control-center : Depends: libcheese-gtk25 (>= 3.18.0) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libcheese8 (>= 3.28.0) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libgoa-backend-1.0-1 (>= 3.10.0) but it is not going to be installed
Recommends: gnome-online-accounts (>= 3.25.3) but it is not going to be installed
Recommends: gnome-user-docs but it is not going to be installed
Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

I followed the steps up until installing java runtime and different dependencies came up, now I have the above dependencies, does anybody have the same issue so I can get this fixed? It is really odd that I cannot access the settings, not from terminal or on upper right menu.

Thank you in advance,

M
