I am running ubuntu budgie 19.10 on HP Pavillion laptop and getting the problem of wifi hardware disabled when the system is suspended.
For a temporary solution, I have disabled all the auto suspend methods on power management.
Posted it on askubuntu and didn’t get the response, so I am posting here if someone can help with it.
