There is an application overview like in Gnome?

Ok, I have compiled the launcher.But how do I get this into the Raven bar now?

I presume you are referring the the budgie panel. You will need to create a budgie applet that will execute the app when clicked. Alternatively just create a keyboard shortcut to launch on demand.
