Budgie Welcome incorrectly scaling view

Hi,

I’m a relative newbie to the world of Ubuntu-Budgie and any help is greatly appreciated!

I have an issue that whenever I open Budgie Welcome and related ‘Makeovers and Layouts’ etc. my view is sorta zoomed into the bottom left corner. I can’t click on any of the buttons that I can see either. I have reformatted my drive and reinstalled the OS, even re-downloading the ISO, and the issue persists. The issue occurs only after the first batch of updates, post-installation.
