Can I set the desktop wallpaper clock to AM/PM?

I like the default theme with date/time on the wallpaper itself. Is it possible to change the clock syntax to AM/PM instead of extended hours?

Example: instead of “16:42”, I’d like it to display as “4:42 PM”.

I’ve already set the system time to AM/PM but that doesn’t seem to update wallpaper date/time.

Yes. This can be done in the Budgie Desktop Settings panel options for ShowTime.
