Hi,
I have an issue to boot on my internal hard drive after installation over a usb flah drive.
The installation on the hard drive is fine but on rebooting, my hard drive is not recognised.
Is the hard drive after installation itself is bootable ? should i need to make it bootable , MBR ?

Its probably because by installing on the flash drive it wrote into the MBR/EFI the primary boot partition of the flash drive.
Best use the community wiki to repair your default boot partition
