Cannot update from ubuntu budgie backports ppa and some other ppa like zeal

When I run apt update I get the following errors. Not sure what the problem is

There has been a few network issues over Christmas and looks like its ongoing but intermittent.

With the holiday season nobody with sufficient experience is around to resolve fully.

We will have to wait until the new year. Best be patient. Try again later.

Oh sure. Just was making sure it wasn’t something only I experienced. But what about the zeal ppa, how is this linked.

Yes I am talking about that. Also do note that I am able to go to these links in the browser. So it must not be some server issue. Right ?

I tried forcing IPV4 only, then I tried removing all the ppas and then adding them again too. Nothing helps.

What version are you using? Those PPAs are for 18.04.

Yes they are for ubuntu 18.04
One of the ppas is the ubuntu budgie backports, which is indeed for 18.04

Okay it is solved now, when I connected to the network in my college hostel. Was probably some issue with the ISP or router maybe
