Currently the Budgie desktop has applets that allow a good implementation of classic design applications with server side title bars and menu bars that integrate with the budgie panels.
I’m no CSD hater but I’m rather skeptical of its implementation, too often do I see applications with a CSD title bar with only the window controls and app names in them, something that occupies too much space and there’s no way of removing it, a good example is the Budgie Desktop Settings title bar. Using a classic title bar would be more efficient in this case or move the categories (style, fonts, raven, windows) to the header bar therefore enabling more options and usable space to the specified subject.
