Dim screen when battery is low

Windows has a nice feature that dims the screen when the laptop battery is low.

I like it, because it’s a visual reminder to plug in the power cable. On Ubuntu, I sometimes miss the notification and the machine shuts down unexpectedly.

Does this feature exist for UB? I couldn’t find it anywhere.

If not, would this be an improvement?

If there was an option it could be hidden in dconf - org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power.

Suggest have a poke around there. If there isn’t anything then this will need to be a GNOME enhancement request
