Dual screen not detected

Dual screen is not detected in ubuntu budgie.
I am new to ubuntu and can´t refer to much information without some help (as in OS version, and the like).

HI. With the 2nd screen cable disconnected, you need to find the item Screens in the Budgie Control Center, click on it and then connect the 2nd screen cable.
You should see a window like this:

pick the Duplicate palette and you should fix
